We are just about ready to open our doors and welcome our Westheights Warriors to another terrific school year! Please find below a few important dates and information.

Class Lists were posted on Friday, August 29, at 3:00 pm on the Library windows at the back of the school. They will remain up over the weekend.

Our First day of school is Tuesday, September 2! Between 8:10 and 8:20 a.m. Grade 7 students, please proceed to the tarmac area to meet your teachers. Grade 8 students, please proceed to the upper field area.

Please take note of our new bell times: 820 a.m. Entry and 2:40 p.m. Dismissal.

Our ‘Meet the Teacher’ evening is Thursday, September 11, from 6:00 – 7:00pm. All students and their parents are welcome to attend!

Our First School Council Meeting is on Monday, September 15th at 6:30 pm. Everyone is welcome!

Grade 8 girls’ HPV immunization will be taking place on September 18th.

There is no school for students on September 19th, our first PD Day. Staff will be reviewing the Board Improvement Plan and working on school improvement planning.

The ‘Safe Welcome’ Program has begun. All doors to our school will now be locked. If you arrive late or anytime throughout the day, you must use the intercom system, prior to being invited into the school.

Our office hours are 7:30 am – 3:30 pm each day
