Dear Warrior Families,

Thank you so very much to everyone who is supporting the Festival of the Arts and our Silent Auction.  Our staff and students have been very busy preparing, and we are excited to share our efforts with you.  The big show is taking place this Thursday, March 7.

Please take a peak at our planned schedule for the event.  At the bottom, you’ll find some Frequently Asked Questions, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are wondering about something not covered in the FAQ.

  • 5:30 pm : Silent Auction opens, Student Artwork Gallery opens
  • 6:15 pm : All performers go to their rehearsal spaces
  • 6:55 pm : Silent Auction closes, Audience members take their seats
  • 7:00 pm :  Concert Begins
  • Following the Concert (approximately 8:00 pm) : Clean up

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What time does the school open?

Doors open for the Silent Auction and Artwork Gallery at 5:30 pm.

2. What time we arrive?

Anyone participating in the auction can arrive any time after 5:30 pm.  Student performers must arrive at their rehearsal spaces by 6:15 pm.

3. How does the auction work?

Auction items will be on display in classrooms near the front entrance beginning at 5:30 pm.  To place a bid, write your name and your bid amount on the auction sheet beside the auction item you would like.  The highest bid when the auction closes will win the item.  The auction closes at 6:55 pm.

4. How do I pay for the items I won?  Where do I pick them up?

Auction tables will close at 10 minute intervals.  After each table closes, items can be paid for by cash or credit at the “pay station table” Items can be picked up at the “pay station table” once payment is received.

5. My child is performing. What should they wear?

Performers have been asked to wear black bottoms (pants or skirt) and white tops (dress shirt, blouse, plain white t-shirt, etc.).

6. Can I come to only the auction or only the concert?

Absolutely!  We appreciate your support.  If you are attending the concert portion, please make an effort to stay until the end.  That will help limit disruptions and provide support to all the performers.
